Refunds
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund. Follow these steps:
- Step 1: Call any courier of your choice and book a pickup, or you can contact us via WhatsApp (+971 50 529 0472) to coordinate the pickup with our carrier at your convenience.
- Step 2: Prepare the items in their original condition and packaging, and make sure to attach your order invoice or your order number.

Step 3: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Customized orders
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items that have obvious signs of use or wash.
- Washed prayer wear.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
- International orders

EXCHANGES
If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp(+971 50 529 0472) to check the availability of the item. An exchange fee of 30 AED will apply.
Please note: If your order has already been returned to our office, we are unable to process an exchange. In such cases, the returned items will be refunded once received. If you wish to receive a different size or color, a new order will need to be placed.
CANCELLATION POLICY (For Products or Services) Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 7days for the refund transfer to be completed.
